On July 25, 2026, Kang Haneul successfully held his fifth fan meeting, “ALWAYS Season 3.”
Both Haneul and MC ORI mentioned that Haneul had spent a great deal of time redesigning the program. He wanted to create as many opportunities as possible to interact directly with fans, so he kept revising the schedule over and over until he was satisfied.
One of those interaction segments was “Haneul’s Advice Corner.”
It was filled with thoughtful, heartfelt answers, so I’d like to share what I remember.
(Recording was not allowed, so these are based on my memory.)

Haneul’s Advice Corner #6“I’m so cute, but I got dumped.”
I am so cute, but I got dumped.
And starting tomorrow, I won’t be able to see Haneul anymore, so I’ll be even sadder. What should I do?
Once again, following questions ④ and ⑤, this was another “I can’t hide my love for Haneul” type of question.
The phrase “But I’m cute!” basically became a meme at the fan meeting 😂
The audience burst into applause. 👏

Apparently, he can only take so many marriage-proposal-style questions before he gets full! 😂
For a moment, he seemed at a loss for words.
But this is Haneul we’re talking about.
He wasn’t going to leave the audience feeling sad.

Then he continued

Once again, Haneul casually wished the fan happiness while smoothly deflecting the romantic advances.
And then the conversation turned to the fact that next year will mark Haneul’s 20th anniversary since his debut.
When the subject of his 20th anniversary came up, Haneul said:
저도 얼마전에 알았어요.
I only found out about it recently, too.
He then shared how he felt about meeting his fans again next year:
내년에 여러분을 만나 뵙게 되면 감회가 새로워질 것 같아요.
If I get to meet you all again next year, I think it will feel even more special
Twenty years really does seem to be a milestone that makes him reflect.
He went on, speaking rather wistfully:
제가 데뷔할 때 태어난 아이가 성인이네요. 참 신기하네요.
A baby who was born when I made my debut is an adult now. It’s really amazing.
He seemed to be reflecting on the early days of his career.

As Haneul approaches his 20th anniversary since debut, he said:
감회가 새롭다
This is often translated as “to feel deeply moved” or “to feel a deep sense of emotion.”
감회（感懷） = deep feelings / emotions when looking back
새롭다 = new
Literally, 감회가 새롭다 means something like “one’s feelings are new.”
But here, 새롭다 does not simply mean “new.”
The expression describes the feeling of experiencing something again after having experienced it before, and finding that it evokes a fresh, renewed sense of emotion.
It is often used when reuniting with someone after a long time or when looking back on the past.
In Haneul’s sentence:
감회가 새로워질 것 같아요.
→ “I think it will feel even more special.”
→ literally, “I think my feelings will become renewed.”
Here’s a quick look at the ending, too.
sentence-ending
-아/어지다 means “to become…” and expresses a change of state.
새롭다 → 새로워지다
= to become new / to take on a renewed feeling
-(으)ㄹ 것 같다 means “it seems likely to…” / “I think…” and is used for predictions or guesses about the future.
So:
새로워질 것 같아요
= “I think it will become renewed”
→ naturally, “I think it will feel even more special.”
And perhaps this is something we can say to Haneul, too:
저도 감회가 새로워질 것 같아요. 💙
“I think it will feel deeply special for me, too.”
